 The
WMPH PartyZone, broadcasting live from
Lux Lounge
in Wilmington, brought recording artist
Rachel Panay to perform
on February 23, 2006.
Both DJ Ray Devine and DJ Kris took turns spinning for the
crowd prior to the live performances.

 The
opening act was Osha. This was her world debut on stage and to a
live radio audience. Osha delighted the crowd with a spirited
performance. |

 Rachel
Panay took center stage to sing her two hits ‘Back to Love’ and
‘I Still Believe’. Her first single, ‘Back to Love’, was
released on Act 2 Records and shot up to #2 on the Billboard
Dance Chart where it remained for three consecutive weeks in
February 2005. The only child of a classical pianist mother,
Rachel Panay has been honing her craft since the age of eight.
Rachel now currently commutes between Miami, her hometown of
Washington, D.C., & New York City. She performs regularly at
club venues and events and is recording new material both in
Miami and New York. |
